From now on, it is necessary to implement a national strategy requiring compliance with the safety standards in force, and to require the obtaining of control and inspection certificates, delivered periodically by companies specializing in the field, and accredited by the authorities in charge. This strategy, which primarily protects the interests of companies, also helps to avoid disasters in populated areas, and environmental damage.
